Romal Capital (C02) Limited v Peel (L&P) Ports Limited

A case concerning ‘Liverpool Waters, the development by which Peel propose to transform the northern docks of the City of Liverpool. The claimant developer of part is suing the landowner Peel for alleged breaches of contract and contends that it lost the opportunity to undertake a more profitable development due to the actions of Peel. A 13 day trial took place in May and June of 2025 and judgment is awaited.
