Plans for £10b Earls Court redevelopment gain…

The Earls Court Development Company (ECDC) has received a resolution to grant planning permission for its ambitious housing-led regeneration of one of the UK’s most prominent brownfield sites. The scheme will deliver 4,000 new homes alongside a vibrant mix of uses, marking a major milestone for the £10 billion project.

Russell Harris KC, instructed by Nicholle Kingsley (Mishcon de Reya), has been advising ECDC for the past ten years.

Gwion Lewis KC advised the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham at and before the Committee hearing.
