Apartment Advisor Awards 2025 win

We are proud to announce that three barristers from Landmark Chambers have been honoured with awards at the 2025 Apartment Adviser Awards - incorporating the ERMAs.

• Justin Bates KC was Highly Commended in the Barrister of the Year King’s Counsel - recognises ongoing leadership and exceptional work at the highest level.
• Simon Allison KC won Barrister of the Year King’s Counsel - celebrates outstanding contributions at the highest level of legal excellence.
• Ellodie Gibbons won Barrister of the Year Junior Counsel (Over 10 Years’ Call) - recognises expertise and influence within the sector.

The awards ceremony, held on 26 June 2025, celebrates excellence, innovation, and outstanding contributions within enfranchisement, right to manage, and beyond. These awards are based on industry feedback to remain reflective of the ever-changing landscape of leasehold property management.
