New appointments to the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel

We would like to congratulate Richard Moules, Hafsah Masood, Matthew Fraser and Tom Morris on their appointments or re-appointments to the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel.

• Richard Moules has had his appointment to the ‘A’ Panel extended for a further five years.
• Hafsah Masood will be moving from the ‘B’ Panel to the ‘A’ Panel.
• Matthew Fraser will be moving from the ‘C’ Panel to the ‘B’ Panel.
• Tom Morris will be joining the ‘C’ Panel.
