Ministry Publishes Revised NPPF

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has today published the first major revision to the National Planning Policy Framework since 2012. It contains potentially far reaching changes to housing policies and a range of other associated amendments. Rupert Warren QC and Heather Sargent advised the MHCLG on the revisions.
