Landmark Chambers strengthens leading Property practice with the arrival of Evie Barden

Landmark Chambers, specialists in planning, environmental, property, and public law, is pleased to announce the arrival into the property team of Evie Barden.

Evie was called in 2014. Her practice encompasses the full range of property litigation along with a particular specialism in insolvency law.   She has appeared regularly in the High Court, the County Court and the First Tier Tribunal. Evie is also on the Attorney General’s C Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.

Evie is a frequent contributor to Estates Gazette and Practical Law Company on property related topics.  She is also a member of the Chancery Bar Association, Property Bar Association and the Agricultural Lawyers Association.
