Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse opens hearing into child sexual exploitation by organised networks

The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) has opened a two-week hearing looking at the sexual exploitation by organised networks.  This complex and harmful phenomenon has previously been the subject of a great deal of media reporting and controversy.  The Inquiry will hear from a large number of national and local experts and will make recommendations about how responses to it can be improved.
