Hearings into the examination of the County Durham Plan

The programmed hearings into the examination of the County Durham Plan have now closed.  Held over eleven days between 22 October and 4 December, the examination considered a number of issues including housing need and supply, green belt release, heritage, design, infrastructure, minerals and waste.
