This event follows the launch of the second edition of the highly acclaimed NHS Law and Practice, authored by David Lock KC, Leon Glenister, and Hannah Gibbs, alongside other Landmark barristers , and published by Legal Action Group. The conference will provide cutting edge insights into a range of current legal issues affecting lawyers advising NHS bodies, those acting for patients and NHS commercial partners. It will also prove a superb opportunity to network with others practising in the field. The keynote speaker for this conference will be Professor Emily Jackson OBE, who will speak about anticipated changes in NHS legal frameworks following the NHS Plan and other developments in NHS law. Professor Jackson is a leading academic commentator on NHS Law and was awarded an OBE in 2017 for services to higher education.
