Overview

On the 25^th anniversary of the entry into force of the Human Rights Act, our leading Landmark barristers will examine the most impactful human rights cases to date, ongoing challenges, and the future direction of rights protection in the UK.

The conference will not only be celebrating the 25 year anniversary of the Human Rights Act 1998 coming into force, but also the launch of The Law and Practice of Human Rights book, edited by David Blundell KC, Miranda Butler and Alistair Mills and authored by a 32-strong team of expert practitioners from or affiliated with Landmark Chambers.
