The latest draft reflects the Government’s ambition to deliver 1.5 million new homes alongside critical infrastructure, while ensuring growth is sustainable and aligned with local needs.

This in-depth session will be led by Rupert Warren KC (Landmark) and Sam Stafford (LPDF). Rupert, alongside Nick Grant (Landmark), have been closely involved in advising the MHCLG on the latest NPPF draft revisions. Adding further depth to the conversation, Kathryn Ventham (Twenty5 Planning) will join the panel to share her expert insights on the broader implications of the proposed changes.
