The discussion will range from recent case law on exclusions; challenges to failures to secure special educational provision and mandatory orders; challenges to national policy; higher education challenges; challenges involving discrimination; and challenges to the use of behavioural sanctions. Along the way, there will be thoughts, tips and tricks for those both bringing and defending such claims.
