Court of Appeal hands down judgment in Rights: Community: Action v Secretary of State

The Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal brought by Rights: Community: Action against the decision of the Divisional Court. The Court of Appeal found that it was lawful for the Secretary of State to introduce Use Class E and permitted developments without carrying out a strategic environmental assessment.
