Chiswick Curve inquiry opens

The inquiry opens today into the proposed Chiswick Curve. This is a proposal for an up 32 storey development located at Chiswick Roundabout. The proposal was refused planning permission by the London Borough of Hounslow in February 2017 for a number of reasons including harm to a range of designated heritage assets among them the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. The appeal has been recovered by the Secretary of State and is due to last 4 weeks. Rule 6 parties include Historic England and the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. For press coverage click here.
