The inquiry opens today into the proposed Chiswick Curve.

This is a proposal for an up 32 storey development located at Chiswick Roundabout.

The proposal was refused planning permission by the London Borough of Hounslow in February 2017 for a number of reasons including harm to a range of designated heritage assets among them the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew.

The appeal has been recovered by the Secretary of State and is due to last 4 weeks.
