Camilla Lamont giving presentation to the Chancery Bar Association

Camilla Lamont will be speaking today at the Chancery Bar Association’s property and landlord and tenant seminar held at the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. Camilla’s paper entitled “S. Franses Ltd v The Cavendish Hotel (London) Limited – Is the Road to the Supreme Court Paved with Good Intentions?” unpicks some key issues in the litigation and examines the potential implications for landlords in ground (f) cases were the Supreme Court to allow the tenant’s appeal to be heard this autumn.
