Brook House Inquiry

The public facing part of the Inquiry into Mistreatment of detainees at Brook House Immigration Removal Centre is due to commence with an opening statement from the Chair on 21 April and the inquiry website and protocols have now been published: https://brookhouseinquiry.org.uk/ Alex Goodman is instructed for the leading core participant following the Judicial Review proceedings last year before Mrs Justice May who held that an inquiry was necessary to discharge the Secretary of State’s obligations under article 3 ECHR.
