Ben Fullbrook was recently invited to address a group of Irish MPs in relation to the human rights implications of proposed legislation to impose “buffer zones” around all abortion clinics in the Republic of Ireland with the intention of preventing protests or vigils in their vicinity. Ben is currently instructed in the only English case to deal with such “buffer zones” (Dulgheriu v Ealing LBC [2018] EWHC 1667 (Admin)), which is due to be heard by the Court of Appeal in the summer.
