Robert was called in 1999. He has an extensive practice in all aspects of planning, public, environmental and compulsory purchase and compensation law. He undertakes work for private clients, central and local government, public bodies, private objectors and interest groups.

Compulsory Purchase and Compensation

Robert’s compulsory purchase work centres on advising and representing acquiring authorities in respect of the making and securing of compulsory purchase orders. He also advises and acts for objectors. Robert specialises in compensation work, both for compensating authorities and claimants. For further information and examples of recent cases please click here.
