Practice Summary
Myriam Stacey was called to the Bar in 1998 and specialises in Property Litigation.
She has a “classic” property law, litigation based practice covering all aspects of commercial and residential landlord and tenant and real property (including easements, restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant, mortgages, land registration, adverse possession, proprietary estoppel etc). Her practice also includes associated insolvency and professional negligence.
Myriam joined Landmark in 2001 from a chancery/commercial chambers in Lincoln’s Inn.
Myriam is recognised in the leading UK Legal directories. She has been ranked as a leading Junior in property litigation in the Legal 500 2011 and recommended for being "consistently excellent and very good on her feet". She is described in Chambers & Partners 2010 as "a serious contender" on account of her "rapid reactions and pragmatic approach. She always promotes her side of the case well to a judge" and in the Legal 500 2007 (“talented and approachable”, “a real prospect for the future”), 2008 ("succinct advice and excellent client management skills"), 2009 ("strongly recommended for complex property litigation") and 2010 (ranked as a leading junior).

Myriam graduated with an LLB in Law and German from the University of Bristol. She also studied Law at Göttingen University, Germany.
