Fiona Scolding QC hears evidence from Prince Charles at the Independent Inquiry into Child Sex Abuse

Fiona Scolding QC appeared as senior counsel to IICSA on Friday, where evidence was read from HRH the Prince of Wales in respect of his relationship with Peter Ball, the former Bishop of Gloucester.  It was the culmination of a week’s hearing in Bishop Ball’s sexual offending. Fiona has now questioned every living Archbishop of Canterbury. This garnered national media attention including the Guardian and the BBC. Fiona Scolding is senior counsel to the Anglican and residential schools investigation on behalf of the Inquiry and has extensive experience of managing large scale cases involving multiple parties with issues of significant media interest.
