West End Farm, Chipping Norton

Planning appeal in relation to proposed residential development on edge of Chipping Norton. Inquiry involved detailed evidence on planning policy, housing land supply, impact on an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Grade II* Listed Mill building. Graeme represented the Council in opposing the appeal. Appeal dismissed, despite lack of 5 year housing land supply, because of harm to AONB and setting of the listed building.
