Representing parties at mediation or acting as a mediator requires skills which are markedly different to those required to represent parties in court.
Landmark Chambers is pleased to offer a specialist property and planning mediation service. Property and planning disputes lend themselves very well to mediation and recognising this often serves clients better than full blown litigation.
We have Members of Chambers at all levels who can advise on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
The following members of Chambers are available for mediations:
In addition to the above Members of Chambers one member of staff, Tom Grove (Deputy Senior Clerk), has qualified as a Mediator. This means that he will have good insight into the particular issues that might exist for your client and will also be able to help you identify the most appropriate Mediator. Please feel free to contact him to discuss your requirements.
All mediators are CEDR, ADR group, or Clerksroom accredited. Additionally Chambers are accredited by the CMC as a mediation provider under the National Mediation Helpline.

Examples of the type of disputes we have mediated include:
The following members of Chambers act as arbitrators, and are either qualified or experienced arbitrators, or sit in a judicial capacity.
