Public Inquiry into a very important nationally covered inquiry where English Heritage opposed architect Rafael Vinoly's tall building which uniquely gets wider as it gets taller. The Inquiry was Important because it established appropriate approach to skyscrapers in the City. The proposal will produce one of the most distinctive building profiles in World architecture.
