Graeme represented Hertfordshire County Council as Highway Authority, opposing a proposed Sainsbury's Supermarket on the site of the McMullens Brewery in Hertford at an Inquiry held between 22nd-30th September 2009. The main issue related to detailed and highly technical issues of junction modelling, in terms of traffic impact on the town centre and on local residents.
