The Inquiry was successfully concluded, dealing with important aspects of PPS25. The site was known as the Former Goring Kerr Works; the Secretary of State's decision should be read together with Rupert's other recent PPS25 decision, relating to the application by the Windsor and Maidenhead Housing Association.
