Two week inquiry into retail-led redevelopment of Langley Park industrial estate in Chippenham, comprising a large ASDA store (53,000sqft) together with 192 dwellings and associated infrastructure. The development was resisted by North Wiltshire District Council on grounds relating to retail and housing policy, design and public open space.
