Graeme was instructed West Sussex County Council and successfully promoted a large scheme for the redevelopment of surplus educational land in Crawley for 170 dwellinghouses, a Doctors Surgery, Care Home and Charity Centre. The scheme was opposed by Persimmon Homes and the Borough Council.
