Involved the assessment of compensation for an electricity wayleave granted under the Electricity Act 1989. Preliminary decision of the Lands Tribunal unsuccessfully challenged in the Court of Appeal. Case continuing. Important because considers the extent of compensation payable for disturbance where the losses are caused by delay and include an allowance for loss of business profits.
