Guy Williams acted (with Christopher Katkowski QC) for the Council.
A claim under section 113 of the 2004 Act seeking to quash the decision of the Council to adopt an Allocations DPD which allocated sites for development across the district. The particular challenge related to Employment allocations in Thirsk. The High Court held that the claim had been brought out of time, having been posted under the locked doors of the Court after they had closed on the last day of the six week period for bringing the claim.
