Acting for the Environment Agency and Secretaries of State for the Environment and Communities and Local Government on appeal to the House of Lords. The case concerns a judicial review which raises the legality of a PPC (Pollution Prevention & Control) permit granted by the Agency. The Case was heard by the HL over 3 days in January 2008 and the result is awaited.
