The High Court (Richards J) upheld a Road Traffic Regulation Order made under s6 of the Road Traffic Act 1984 despite allegations that Council officers were partial and uninterested in alternative schemes and despite the fact that a discretionary inquiry was not held.
Richard Langham appeared for the traffic authority.
