[2002] EWHC 2044 Admin. JR on environmental assessment and alleged defects in planning grounds. Represented Arsenal FC in respect of the development of a new stadium and other facilities for Arsenal FC in Islington. The High Court challenge was successfully defeated before Ouseley J. in July 2002 (and subsequently permission to appeal was refused by the Court of Appeal).
