As an example of her education law practice, Katherine successfully acted for Worcestershire County Council Local Education Authority defending an application to the Sendist (Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal) and was later instructed to defend the Appellant's appeal to the High Court. That action was then compromised in the local education authority's favour.
