Camilla successfully appeared before Roth J in the Chancery Division on behalf of the claimant, Charles Russell LLP, in obtaining a freezing injunction over the assets of a former client and a third party in respect of a claim for unpaid fees relating to contested property litigation. The case provides guidance relating to the exercise of the court's discretion to continue a freezing injunction which is challenged on the basis of material non disclosure at an earlier hearing.
