An application under section 288 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to quash the decision of a planning inspector to refuse planning permission for the conversion of agricultural buildings within the Green belt. Particular consideration of the requirements of the General Permitted Development Order 1995 to remove agricultural buildings where the agricultural use ceases within ten years of erection.
