Iran Country Guidance Heard

The Upper Tribunal has heard a Country Guidance case concerning Iran.  The issues relate to whether an individual will be at risk on the basis of (1) illegal exit from Iran; (2) being a failed asylum seeker.  Having heard evidence and submissions, the Tribunal is considering its decision.
