Can Say v Tops Shop Precincts Limited

Successfully defending a claim for damages for an alleged unlawful forfeiture of a commercial lease for non-payment of rent, at a three day trial in the Leicester County Court.  The defendant landlord was vindicated at trial by reason of the doctrine of res judicata and findings of fact that the relevant tranche of rent was in arrears at the material time (instructed by Nabarro LLP).
