Richard Moules |
Richard has a wide ranging environmental practice and his clients include local authorities, companies, individuals and NGOs. He has particular experience of issues relating to environmental impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment, and pollution prevention & control, Recently he has given advice in relation to: noise and nuisance arising from industrial premises; the Habitats Directive and SPA issues; wind farms, waste, in particular landfill; and contaminated land. Richard regularly gives seminars and he also lectures on environmental law as part of the Land Economy Tripos at the University of Cambridge. Richard is a Newton Trust Lecturer and Fellow of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge.
