Graeme Keen |
Graeme has extensive experience in Environmental Law matters at Public Inquiries (including the Dibden Bay Container Terminal Inquiry), in relating to the implications of development on issues such as:
- Protected species and habitat;
- Noise;
- Flooding;
- Acient woodland;
- The imposition of conditions and obligations addressing ecological matters; and
- The adequacy of Environmental Statements, etc.
Graeme has also appeared in Judicial Review cases invironmental issues (e.g. R(on the application of North Devon DC) v Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, June 2008).
Graeme also defends environmental prosecutions in relation to matters such as waste disposal and pollution.
