Edmund Robb |
Edmund has been instructed in a number of high profile public inquiries and court cases dealing with environmental matters in recent years. He has particular interest in renewable energy related projects (wind and solar power as well as biofuel) and has wide ranging experience of prosecuting and defending environmental offences (concerning pollution and other public health matters as well as protected trees, unlawful advertising, and listed buildings) in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.
Edmund co-edited the RSPB’s Report on Birds Directive European Court of Justice cases and was a member of the opposition’s House of Lords advisory team at the amendment stage of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act.
