As a property litigator, Camilla' s environmental practice is heavily property based and includes, in particular, nuisance and encroachment claims. She has a particular interest in flooding and subsidence claims and has recently published an article in the Solicitors Journal following the publication of the Pitt Review into the 2007 summer floods.  She also has experience of dealing with environmental issues that arise in vendor purchaser disputes, such as contaminated land. She is a Committee member of LCCEL and is a member of UKELA. She accepts pro bono instructions through the Environmental Law Foundation and the Bar Pro Bono Unit.
